About the Event
Welcome to expectant mothers of all trimesters and yoga levels, this 6-week series will offer safe ways to nurture moms and babies, prenatal modifications for various yoga postures, breath work, and pelvic floor techniques. Each 60-minute session will offer specific content to help to better understand pregnancy and how a yoga practice can support the journey to birth.
Content topics: - Yoga for common pregnancy discomforts - Yoga to support labor and delivery - Prenatal restorative yoga for relaxation during pregnancy - Postpartum and easing back into a practice after birth
