Whether you are brand new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, props are like toys for yogis. Incorporating blocks, straps and bolsters into your yoga practice can increase body awareness, flexibility, alignment, depth of experience in a pose, relaxation, correct poor postural habits and prevents new ones from developing.
In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn ways to enhance and enrich your practice in a fun, practical, and insightful way. We will begin with a classroom-style Q&A, followed by an active flow practice incorporating props for the entire body. Class will close with a supported restorative practice to compliment and ease the body into an effortless, relaxed state.
All levels welcome. Props will be provided.
