Restore the Music

Align your skeleton and join us for this Halloween edition of Restore to the music as we acknowledge our darker emotions to embrace the energy that helps us discover wisdom, light and love.

In this 75-min class of silent nurturance and restorative bliss, you will be guided through restorative yoga postures, mindful breathing, and restful meditation to allow your soul to restore and grow. Your experience will end in corpse pose with a live music savasana from the musically-talented Bevan Awai with a seranade like you've never experienced.

In spirit of Halloween, we recommend wearing all black as we embrace our darker moon side. All levels are welcome. Tea and snacks will be served after class.
